The extended-reach tool improves operational efficiency for interventions in long deviated and horizontal wells by breaking metal-to-metal friction between the CT string and the completion. By generating pulsation along the tubing, the tool reduces friction, improves weight transfer to the bit or mill, and reduces the lockup point without lubricants.

In addition to extending the ability to reach total depth, the tool increases WOB during milling and drilling applications, improving operational efficiency.

Our extended-reach tools can withstand pressures up to 10,000 psi and accommodate flow rates from 250 L/min to as high as 850 L/min, depending on the tool size.
